We are currently recruiting experienced day & night controllers to join our busy and dynamic Multi-Fleet control team.
Utilising our state-of-the-art Cordic booking and despatch system and liaising with your contact centre colleagues and Multi-Fleet partner controllers in ten offices across London, the successful applicants will be at the heart of the operation, taking customer bookings, controlling work flow to drivers and handling their queries.

To be successful, you’ll need to be enthusiastic, self-motivated and, above all, happy to pitch in and help others.
Essential Requirements
- Previous PHV controlling experience essential
- Good verbal & written English communication skills
- Computer literate with good keyboard skills
- Knowledge of Despatch system software
- Able to work in a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
- Resident within reasonable access to our main office
- Right to work in the UK
